Fall Back Schedule Planner (Nov 1, 2026)

US clocks go back one hour at 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Add everyone and everything on a clock in your house — baby naps, kids' bedtime, your alarm, pet meals, a fixed-time daily pill — and get one day-by-day plan that lands every item on the new time.

How the fall back shift works

When clocks fall back, 8:00 p.m. on the old clock becomes 7:00 p.m. on the new clock. So to stay on your usual clock times after the change, you drift everything later before it: a 7:00 p.m. bedtime goes 7:15, 7:30, 7:45, 8:00 (old time) — which is exactly 7:00 new time on Sunday.

Babies under ~4 months: follow feeding cues; there is little to shift. Pets: dogs and cats key on routine, so a 15-minute drift avoids the "breakfast an hour early" chaos. Daily doses: the plan shows how to move a fixed-time dose in small steps; for time-critical medicines (insulin, some contraceptives, seizure or transplant meds) ask your pharmacist or doctor first — this tool is not medical advice.
